Tonight's teen girl bible study was great! I love the fact that these girls are opening up, asking more questions, and are being real honest about where they stand with the LORD~ ( one girl, loudly confessed" I know, I am not a Christian") Anyway, tonight's topic was "How will you respond?" (after hearing a clear gospel message)
The girl were so ready for tonight, of course they were silly at times, but they came with some real honest, challenging questions. We sat around and talked about different reason's as to why people dont' become christians and we discussed bible passages along with all of them. In addition, we talked through what it would look like practically for them if they professed christianity. Though these girls seemed very distracted at times, I really saw the LORD tugging at their hearts over the decision to follow HIM, and to submit under His LORDSHIP. The scripture passages above is what I believe the LORD is asking of Delta and I. All He wants is for us to be available to be used by Him, to faithfully minister the TRUTH to these young girls, and to KNOW that it will be ALL HIM and the POWER of HIS SPIRIT that will cause these girls to grow and hunger for a relationship with HIM. I love that because it helps us to take the focus and responsibility off of ourselves. As a friend and I always say, "This is HIS KINGDOM and it is up to HIM to BUILD it however HE pleases!" Here are some quotes from last night.. Please continue to pray for our girls..Pray especially for the new babies that will be born to them over the next couple of weeks and month.

**One more thing...Please be in prayer for our neighborhood..there was a young girl murdered and found dead in the rest room of the park where we had our back yard bible club. It's being said that she was a prostitute. How sad.
